Today many people have the need to deal with stress and problems that come with the daily living. Unfortunately, many of us seek the way out through some other unhealthy ways of resolving problems for instance with the pills for depression and alcohol. The number of those people who are turning to fitness and other ways of keeping fit is increasing. Commonly known fact about fitness is that people who have back problems with regular exercise remove the pain from the lower back with those exercises and they feel much better in comparison with the people who do not practice any of exercises for those problems.
Also, ladies with the jobs with persistent sitting on their jobs have the problem with their thighs and legs and also with the veins. With regular fitness in any form those problems can be resolved. The habit of regular fitness needs to be nurtured from early age. Diete....rischi per la salute 


Le diete iperproteiche, quelle che privilegiano le proteine a scapito dei carboidrati, saranno anche di gran moda. Pensiamo all'ultima arrivata, la dieta Dukan, ma anche alla dieta del sondino, al metodo Montignac e alla classica dieta zona. Tuttavia, di sicuro non sono il massimo per l'organismo. Con il gran caldo, poi, mettono a rischio la nostra salute provocando disturbi da non poco conto: stipsi, cefalee, pressione bassa, astenia...
Come spiega Sara Farnetti, specialista in malattie del metabolismo, "si tratta di programmi di dimagrimento in cui l'organismo rischia di pagare un prezzo per le conseguenze a medio e lungo termine dell'abuso di proteine".
"Queste diete tendono a ridurre velocemente la quantità di zucchero e carboidrati e aumentare l'apporto di carne", spiega Farnetti, "ed effettivamente hanno una loro logica. Pane, pasta, frutta, dolci e bibite sono alimenti che contengono molti zuccheri, i maggiori responsabili dei chili di troppo. Ma allo stesso tempo non si possono fornire all'organismo solo e unicamente le proteine, perché il loro abuso produce sostanze tossiche, sotto forma di scorie azotate, per il rene e il fegato".
"L'apice di queste problematiche", dice ancora Farneti, "si verifica nella fase d'attacco di queste diete, ovvero all'inizio.
Poi nel periodo estivo è anche peggio, perché questo tipo di alimentazione limita l'assunzione di sali minerali e verdure, oltremodo indispensabili quando aumenta la sudorazione e la temperatura. Ecco che la conseguenza più diffusa quando l'afa diventa opprimente è ritrovarsi con una digestione rallentata, con l'emergere della stipsi, cali di pressione e cefalee".
Altro fronte delicato per quanto riguarda i problemi di peso è legato alle diete estreme. In questi casi non vengono raggiunte neanche le 800-1.000 calorie al giorno, la quantità apportata, ad esempio, da un 1 piatto e mezzo di pasta ben condita. "In questo tipo di alimentazione estrema l'obiettivo è dimagrire tanto nel minor tempo possibile", sottolinea l'esperta, "quindi si vanno ad aggredire le riserve di grasso dell'organismo fornendogli poche calorie. Ma l'effetto è spesso quello, accentuato dal caldo di queste settimane, di far abbassare la pressione e ampliare il fenomeno della disidratazione".
È bene ricordarsi di non diminuire l'apporto di nutrienti ricchi di antiossidanti quando si sceglie di mettersi a dieta: "Perché queste sostanze sono in grado di neutralizzare i radicali liberi e proteggere l'organismo dal rischio invecchiamento".
